I know the game is slowed down and stuff but its just feels sluggish.

In what way ??? You know you can change game speed and also how speed translates between players ...

Its in the Options section, They are clearly marked ... The Normal feels real good, and like I said, you can change how players translate to each other, maybe if you wanted a 99 speed player to be alot faster then a 89 player speed, or not
