Yes, we cut Wahle (Our Guard) because he couldnt pass a physical and Matt only has a sore elbow in an article I recently read.

It's like if the entire line were to shift right on a running play, every linemen has a specific area (or zone) to be responsible for... Think of how Indy runs the stretch play, when done properly the entire line moves in unison are clears out a side with the RB having only to make one cut and go when he see's an opening (which may develop in different spots, or not at all) In traditional man blocking schemes, when the offense lines up they communicate who's blocking who based on how the D is presenting themselves, and what hole the play is designed to go through. A zone blocking system is much more flexible at the point of attack, hopefully to keep the D guessing...

Hope that sums it up, there's a ton more that goes into it, but hell I'm no expert!

I'll post the formations and what the playbook looks like for the Seahawks in a bit... I played about 6 games with them today... Not sure about your zone blocking vs. man to man... since you cannot change which you would want your o-line to do, I would assume all run blocking logic is the same..
