NCAA Draft Classes

I'm hoping someone can field this question for me, a big part of NCAA for me was being able to bring the players into madden, but since the progression in NCAA this year is goofed beyond belief, a huge amount of players are leaving college ball as 99's and stockpiles of players in the 90s. So my question to the people that have BOTH NCAA and Madden, can you go over what the NCAA guys are rated when they are transfered over into Madden?
