You can edit away uniforms the same way you did with the home uniforms, from the edit menu. Is it possible that you forgot to save? Are you running more than one team in franchise mode? I ask because in the past, I've had the problem (glitch?) where sometimes when I've owned more than one created team, the uniforms would switch back to default before each game.

When you guys do this, do you release all the generated players from the start or do you keep the best players? And do you sim the first season?

I'm thinking of starting one with Los Angeles Shamrocks
