PAT holding glitch!!

was playing my franchise as the colts and i recovered a fumble from a kickoff nd returned it for a touchdown.....anyway when i attempted the PAT i got a holding call against me, this kept on happening anyway till i ended up on the 50 yard line............needless to say i missed the field goal

Just wondering if this happened to anyone else??????

What are your penalty settings at? If more than 50 this may have an impact. If not, don't know what to tell you. Next time, go for two....
