Offline Franchise w/ 3 People Help

So, my friend, my brother, and I have started an offline, and say, in week 1, i have the first game and my bro ends up w/ the last game of the week. Is there any way for him to play his game before I play mine, cause every time he goes to play his game, it simulates my game. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, just to note, he does have his team selected w/ the RB button.

I would like this answer too...I have used the League schedule to start my games as I have to do them in order like you said above.

Anyone have any fixes for this?

Short answer, no. I think you have to play them in order.
