Quick Coop question....

When playing a coop game....how can I switch from QB to run blocker in time to block for the RB? Does someone always have to play QB or can you start the play as the FB without a human as QB? I remember a few years back you could take control the FB to block...is that feature gone?

One other question deals with subs. On Madden play choices...is there anyway to sub out the HB or other normal subs. Couldn't find it..only on the formation choices.
