Kidding? Why the hell would I kid? We're not talking rocket science here, its a video game and yes I expected a hell of a lot more out of this company afer 20 years, they do nothing but develop the same football game every year, i don't think its asking too much, and yes I have been playing the game since year 1...

You're absolutely correct my friend. Ian is not in charge of anything. He comes up with ideas and improves the games but ultimately, he doesn't make the final decision. There's a reason why the game is full of bugs and glitches. Ian says "the game is not ready." EA Sports says "Shut up, you want to keep your job Ian". Ian shuts up and continues with production.
