i tried trading away my kicker for a draft pick and a popup told me that i cannot trade P/K between teams.

btw this is offline franchise.

I got that message in Madden 09 but havent even tried to trade one this year. Seems realistic though considering when is the last time a kicker has been traded?

I thought I heard that there is a rule in the NFL that you can't trade punters and kickers. Maybe I'm just making it up, too, but I'm pretty sure I've heard that before.

you can, you just have to change the players position to something other than k/p... it's also up to you to make the trade fair lol
