Pro's VS Con's of user controlling 32 franchise teams
As I am about to start up my franchise, Ive been reading a few threads on here about the seasons stats. Ideally, I would love to go through Franchise mode without having to control all 32 teams, but it seems as though my OCD with stats will not let this happen....while some guys are working around with this looking for a fix, I want to get a quick list together of what is good and what is bad about this.
Pros
1) Coaching schemes. They are all set at a "default" level, so each team must be changed for more realism
2) You can edit equipment
3) No unrealistic trades (although im not sure this happens anyway)
4) Edit depth charts. Im sick of seeing culpepper start over stafford in DET
Cons
1) You lose that feeling of really only controlling your team. makes it a bit more bland.
2) No trades. I'm not sure if CPU trade is an option when you start out the chise, looking into that...
3) Time...this might make for a much longer draft/free agent period, again, I havent tested this, just an assumption
please feel free to add to this, as it is just a start...
