Madden 10 is a fantastic game. With slider tweaks

And c'mon, what sports game doesn't require slider tweaks? Does having to tweak NBA2K9's sliders make the game any less enjoyable/playable? No, it doesn't.

Wow! I mean, I don't know. It just seems ironic how you can go from one end of the spectrum to the entire opposite side in just a week. I've heard of people being enticed by the 'new-game' feel if you will, but to flip sides so abruptly is rather flaky.

I'd agree; for pretty much every sports game sliders are needed to tweak to personal preference. But he may be saying there's a difference between tweaking and trying to overhaul. As the game now at default, the running game is pretty much non-existent for example. There are some sliders that seem to need to be zeroed out, and even then there's a struggle to find where the sweet spot is for most. Versus NBA2K9, where I'd say it's more of a preference if you choose to make extreme slider adjustments. I think there's a difference in trying to get a player here/there to play the way you want them to play, compared to a dynamic that's flawed for everyone

maybe you'd rather there weren't any sliders??? Then you could complain about that too. Some people just can't be pleased.
