Madden '10 or NCAA Football '10

I can't afford to buy both Madden and NCAA football, so I am asking advice from you guys! Which one should I buy? Right now I'm leaning toward Madden only cause I have NCAA 09 and plan on just updating my favorite team Michigan State and some others. Any suggestions?

I think Madden is by far the better game. NCAA 10 is not radically different enough from 09 to justify purchasing it over Madden.

Madden 2010 definitely made a bigger leap from 09 than NCAA did. Still, NCAA is still a pretty solid game. Its EA, so of course it has issues. I guess it just depends on what you are looking for.

If you like like both college and pro football the same, Id probably go Madden, especially if you already have NCAA 09. Madden still has alot of frustrating issues, but its still better than Madden 09 by far. Some wont agree, but most will.

If I were you, though, Id rent first.
