Help Loading Online Rosters (Wii)

I downloaded the roster update tonight for my Wii but when I click on rosters its the default rosters. I cant find anywhere under load where I can download online rosters. I know there there cuz I saved them online and when you go into the list to delete something you can see Online rosters are saved to the Wii. Any help would be appreciated. Just wanna start my franchise.

I tried loading profile thinking they were linked to that but still nothing. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
