I am just wondering b/c I am still contemplating getting the game but I don't want to be disappointed like I was with Madden 09.

As of right now, not really. I have my doubts, however.

In a few months, I can almost guarantee that I will regret buying it. Just like every other year.

Oops, I messed up the third choice... There's no way to edit it I guess.

CAN A MOD EDIT THE THIRD CHOICE TO "Hell no, I'd save my 65 for a worthy game like Modern Warfare 2"

It's still a little too early to tell, but right now I'm happy I bought it.

Just like i said in another thread a day or two ago regarding the negativity posts of this game in these forums that someone noticed and asked why....i said, negativity/haters stick out like a sore thumb and is why it seems like a good handful dont like the game.. but there are far more people that enjoy the game.

I also said if you were were to make a poll asking who likes M10 and who dont like M10...the poll would greatly favor those that "like" M10... and this is proof in the pudding looking at the poll results thus far and i dont see this trend changing at all as more members vote

Depends on the patches and what they fix.

This is the first next gen Madden I bought, so no, I wont regret buying it. Still very far from where it needs to be, but overall, its still somewhat entertaining. Not really worth 60 bucks, but oh well.

I better see another huge jump for next year in terms of gameplay (blocking especially), and in terms of how defensive schemes work. Next year though, I may wait until October or November to buy it, since EA "cant afford" to bring in people to test for bugs.
