How do I add and remove active players from franchise?

If friend A and B are playing franchise and Friend C walks in late, how can he join?

Or Vice versa A,B and C are playing and then C leaves, how to remove him?

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible. It sucks, I know.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.
