anyone pick up shagg makino?????

Picked him up in year 2 of my franchise in the free agency................ turns out he is AWESOME as a punt and kick returner.....

i read somewhere aswell that he was put in by the developers because he won some award and he isnt even a real football player.....

anyone have any other info on the story????

All i know is he isnt an actual NFL player so i dropped his ratings as low as they can go before i started my franchise. The WR Joe Walsh got the same treatment. But they won some kind of auction, is what i heard.

Yeah, I think they won a charity auction so the developers put them in there. It's cool for them to be in a video game but it's pretty pointless if you're looking for realism

Hey ..i use joe walsh...signed him as a cheap FA..noticed his high CIT rating so i use him in the slot ...my 1st rder Buster Davis doesnt even play...

Picked him up in year 3 and in the final game of the season he got me my first punt return TD

haha, I have both Makino and Walsh on my team. And yes Makino is good, I use him out of the shotgun and since my offense coordinator gives them extra trucking they can run pretty damn well.
