Sub Players??

How do i sub players in Madden 10 or do i have to keep going to the depth chart.?

On the playcall screen, there's a sub button (not sure what console you're on) or the level but i can only access the subs if i select the play from the "formation" playcall screen... you can see the fatigue of each player (green- fit; yellow- getting tired; red tired)... then click on a position and sub someone else in.

The system is still hugely flawed IMO cos you can't tell which player is being subbed out... would it have been that difficult to list the starters aswell as the subs.

It's the little things that make up a game.

I still havent found a fix for this flaw I mean my stars just disappear first RB then my recievers on 3rd and 4th down late .
I first thought maybe cause I was up but in the 3rd qrt of other games just gone maybe I am missing something .
At least I fix OL playing TE on 3rd down.
Maybe check sliders to see if anyone has some new sub in/out

My only issue with subbing so far is in 5 wide set ..Hail Mary..I cannot sub in for my #2 receiver with my #5 or #6 receiver for this play...it allows me to sub in at the play call screen..i see the number change to indicate new receiver but then on the field the same #2 receiver is lined up wide....i have this same problem even in practice mode and only with this play..cant figure it out
