I wanna use the newest and last roster update ea released but am not sure how to do it. If someone could walk me through it that would be great.

Try to play an Xbox Live player match, and it'll ask you to download them.

That's what it looked like to me. Unless you have an Xbox Live gold account, you can't update rosters.

And then after I do that how do I upload them to my franchise.
