Is freezing common?

Same here. Haven't had a freeze since I got the game but just had one when I started week 3 of my franchise. Always a few minutes into the first quarter. Weird. Oh, and I installed it to my HDD a while ago.

I've had 4 online franchise matches VS. the CPU disconnect, but zero freezes.

I'll have to try uninstalling it from my HD and see if that makes a difference. Doubtful, heh, but worth a shot.

I decided to swap my Madden for a new copy and I am restoring my PS3 to default cause I'm having disc read errors now with other games I have... my situation might be different entirely... last time I had problems was when I first got Resident Evil 5 but after I reset the system defaults and everything I was good to go *crosses fingers* &

Xbox 360. 14 games played (half as my franchise) thus far no freezing. *knocks on wood*

EDIT: I was wondering; how much space does Madden 2010 take up if you install it to your HDD?
