Madden 08 PC question

Ok, I am using Mikes 1941- 2002 rosters.. I have gone in the game and tried different settings for the out/in. and even edited the HB's to make them tired. And STILL the game wont bring in HB #2 for a few plays..
I am one who likes to just watch the CPU vs CPU. It would be nice to have Jim Kick of the 72 Dolphins come in for a couple of plays.. UGH...
Anyone know how to correct this?

I think I have Madden 08 for the PC somewhere, where is the place I can get rosters for it?..Looks like you have a nice roster set there!..old times
