I for the life of me cannot find the special team sliders when I am playing a franchise game. Does anyone know where it is or if it is even an option?

you have to edit it from the game's main menu before the game. You cannot change it in-game.

From the games main menu or the franchise main menu, I cannot find it in the franchise main menu.

The games main menu just like the other sliders.

YOu cannot change any sliders from the franchise menu.
