I control all 32 teams, and during the preseason, pick the first game and put the OLBs you want at DE in the dime and quarter defenses. You have to play the game and change the subs during play call. As soon as you do that, quit game and play the next team you need to change, and so forth.

What other LB should be getting more sacks??

I simmed the entire season and had Harrison,Kampan, Ware, Porter, and Suggs with 12-15 sacks each.

good tip. I started doing that a few nights ago when i realized it saves the subs even when you quit out of the game. I use week one and go TEAM by TEAM and set up the subs. Good way to mix in back up RBs and WR that dont get much playing time otherwise.

All 32 teams have been my choice since 04.

How does this affect free agency and the draft? Can you switch back to 1 user after you put them on DE?

I do not change his position. Just in the subs, I leave his position at OLB and put him at the DE slot on quarter and dime defenses. Normally passing downs.

When you set up your franchise, let CPU control everything. Pick your team and goto Franchise options and put those to USER. The only thing you have to do in Free Agency is hit yes when a team signs them. Unless Indy or NE go after a top QB, or Minn after a top RB, etc.. then push No and another team will sign them

You dont have to use all 32 teams to use cpu's formation sub, just switch controllers
