Awesome penalty

I was playing as the Texans against the Colts yesterday and i got flagged for a personal foul, unnecessary roughness penalty after hitting a guy out of bounds. I had never seen that in any madden before and thought it was pretty cool. Has it happened to anyone else.

I've had it happen a few times. It is one of the brighter spots for Madden in terms of penalties (particularly since it's a good compromise seeing as the NFL doesn't want late hits displayed).

Madden still doesn't have enough general penalties though, aside from the usual suspects. What's worse is that the sliders once again do very little to change them. It's been a struggle of the series for awhile now.

I forget what player it was but I believe he is the only offensive player to ever be called for unnecessary roughness after he severely trucked a defender trying to tackle him.I think it was Larry Csonka.

Yup, I had the penalty of passing beyond the line of scrimmage. I was rolling out on a designed play and threw the ball right before,what I thought was the line of scrimmage. I looked at the replay, and sure enough, I was just inches beyond the LOS. Very nice, glad it is in this year instead of disabling the ability to throw right when you get to the LOS.

Yeah that happened to me too. It was pretty cool. The one penalty i dont get is that whenever there is blocking from behind, they call it clipping. Im glad its in the game but you might as well call it blocking from behind.

i had the cpu get called for delay of game TWICE . That is something ive never seen happen.

The CPU was offside on one play. Never seen that before.
