How do you trade players with CPU in online Franchise???

I am the commissioner of my Franchise and they all wanted to be able to trade with the CPU teams so I made it that way. The issue is that they don't know how to get the trade to go through and see nothing on my end to help them out as the Commish??

I was able to make a trade with the CPU when I traded with the Chargers Patrick Kerney DE rated 93 for Quentin Jammer CB rated 88 and it gave me the option to accept trade and I did and it was done.

When my fellow players try this they never get an accept trade option. It gives them 2 options and that is to revoke the trade or cancel it???

If anyone knows how to help with this issue I would appreciate it.

im having the same problem it keeps saying that i need to wait for all games to be played but its a fresh week and i dont know why it keeps saying that i cant trade. after i sim the week and propose it again the same thing happens
