couldnt sign my draft pick

That happe to me once when I drafted Taylor Mays. Everytime I clicked A nothing came up.

So pretty much, if it happens just turn the settings to CPU re-sign and it should work?

Besides this is totally wrong.

The most he could do is not sign with you and re-enter the NEXT draft.

This happened to me as well. It wouldn't even let me click on my guy, and it had absolutely nothing to do with the cap... because the player was a 4th round pick, and I was about $15-20 million under.

Happend to me...i won the SB year 1 ...traded 2 players and a pick for the 1st overall pick...selected taylor mays (imported class) and couldnt choose him in the signing screen. It's NOT a Salary issue or anything like that...it's a bug and it's disgusting..i restarted a new franchise because i gave up so much for that pick. The Only reason i bought NCAA was to import classes....that is really WEAK!!!!!
So now i have no use for NCAA i guess ill just have to write it off as a loss.....

Don't people test this stuff out? or just put it together and figure it just works.

People are talking about two different things.

The OP is talking about not even being able to click on the guy to offer him a contract...which is something that happens with certain players.

Others are talking about the player just rejecting your contract and not wanting to sign with you. Maybe one day they'll actually have a way to let him rejoin the draft the year after.

You can just let the CPU sign him...they'll do it.

no they don't...i tried 3 times before i got pissed and deleted the franchise.
