Anyone Else Play With the Commentary Off?

I love the heck out of this game but the commentary is enough to make you want to jump off a building. I turned it off while playing a friend a few days ago and I haven't looked back. Not hearing the annoying Collinsworth and unenthusiastic Hammonds made it that much better. I'm curious if any of you have gone this route as well.

I haven't yet, but I probably will.

It's way too repetitive, and Collinsworth can really tick me off if I happen to be having a bad game.

I turned it off after one game. Collinsworth, I don't mind too much. But Hammond is just terrible. It's like he / they didn't even try with him.

Oh well. I typically have the volume down altogether and listen to music or ESPN radio or something while I'm playing.

If you really get into the game,..then the commentary really won't brother you that much.

Pappy, that is a great idea, I have NO clue why I didn't consider that! Thanks for the heads up I am definitely gonna do that. (that's by FAR the worst aspect of this game, you'd think after last year they would have noticed that and done something different - or at the VERY least recorded some new sayings! "He doesn't move his arm any faster...."
