Adjusting For Subs/Rotations

I've picked through some threads but couldn't find a clear answer, help a lost soul:

What settings do you use for your fatigue sub-in/out to spread your d-lineman's reps out among the depth chart? My starters play 100% of the snaps and I've yet to manage my sliders for a proper rotation. Any ideas?

I haven't changed the sub in/out sliders, but I have changed the fatigue slider from default(50) to 55 and have been pleased thus far. I am seeing some pretty good rotation from my D-Line and also seeing the cpu having to rotate his D-Line as well.
