I had been turning the defensive aggressiveness to 0 but they still blitzed way to often. I finally decided to test it at 100 and to my surprise it actually worked.

They only rushed 4 about 80% of the time. I have only tested it with a 4-3 defense but it should work for any d. Please test this for yourself. Turn the defense aggressiveness coach slider to 100 and the run/pass to 50.

The only problem with this solution is that you have to control all 32 teams in a franchise to access the coaching scheme sliders.

How about the developers get off their asses and actually fix it in a patch instead of playing online franchise all day?
