Is there a way to turn off the referee animations?

The only problems I have are **Major Lack of variety. Cut Scenes are bland + No Variety.**
Also The Debate about a touchdown on Any freaking play within the 2 yard line, Makes me want to Punch the vitural ref in the chest. Everyone Clearly knows on most of the "debate" plays whether you made it in or not. Crap I imagine some 2nd graders could make the call. Without a debate that is.
All is well, addition to the scenes are welcomed, but make them with variety and reason

i second this. and whoever said eliminating the cut scene bit and just making it flow with the game. cut scenes are dumb. if you can't make it flow, at least make it so we can cut the cut scenes ourselves by spamming A after every play

I am sick of seeing the refs come out every other play. Wish EA would have limited there apperances in the game. I just want to play not watch some refs think about an obvious first down or TD

I'm just glad they included the chain gang this year. I still can't tell when it's a first down just by the animation.

I do admit I liked the chain gang camera angle in Madden 97/98. It was a diagonal overhead shot like this:
