EA needs to sort out the Coaching problems

I resign my head coach to a 5 year deal in the offseason, sim a year and he's gone the next. What is the point of hiring a head coach to a long term contract if he's gone the next season? They should stay with their team for their contract unless they retire.

And what is it with them rejecting a contract I offer that is twice as much as the other team. I'm sick and tired of offering $8 million cotracts only to read that's it been rejected because some team has offered $4 million.

EA needs to fix coaches and coordinators just leaving without reason because it's pointless signing them to a long term contract.

You cant sign coordinators to head coach spots if thats what your doing... They will automatically leave your team, its a glitch.

You're offering them 8 million over 3 years. They're getting paid 4 million a year for the other team.

Its confusing because they use the words 'salary'.

Still doesn't explain why they agree a 5 year deal one year and then leave the next.
