I went 12-4 in my first year with them and am in the AFC Champ game against NE. Very few moves, only free agent signing was McAllister, plus some 70-75guys when injurie hit (Derrick Johnson is made of paper mache).

The game knows they are in Alaska...like I posted earlier, the first game of the season was in the 30's I think.

I've got a Lions franchise going and as the OP mentioned, they aren't as bad as you'd think. Still, they are far from a great team. The defensive secondary needs a lot of work and the offensive line is very lackluster. But, the offensive skill positions are good and on defense, the front 7 is strong.

The Rams would be a good team to rebuild. Pretty much any team in the AFC West not named San Diego would be good and the Bengals and Browns would also be good choices.

I've actually been thinking of starting a Bengals one since I've been watching their Hard Knocks show. I'd hope I could do a better job managing that team that the Brown family
