Can you edit player ratings within franchise?

No, I mean I know you can in NBA 2K, but other than that I don't recall any recent sports games that allow it.

You can't even edit height/weight now.

You can only edit ratings before you start the franchise

Well MVP 09 The Show allowed it. It would be nice to edit ratings to reflect big seasons if progression failed to make adjustments.

I believe mlb2k9 allows you to edit during franchise as well.

No you can't, even though they had at one point said you would be able to and it was in supposedly in a few makes of the game before the final product.

This is the stupidest thing i've ever heard of...OF COURSE you SHOULD be able to edit a player's ratings in offline franchise...but NO, thanks EA

you can only edit small things like name, number, position etc...
