I think the lack of penalties, the holding penalty on FG's, and the franchise stats are a good indication that they don't have much of a QA process in place. You mean to tell me that with all the games that Ian and Co. played prior to release it didn't dawn on them this was a problem?

Of course, lack of penalties and accurate franchise stats have never been a priority because the single-player aspect of this game has never been a priority. It almost feels like a remnant of the arcade, tourney-style mentality. They've made great strides this year, but still not close enough IMHO.

At least get some type of QA process in place that's somewhat effective.

Yes, last year you had to restart your franchise for the changes to take effect.
