Using a HDTV, PS3 says its in 1080 mode, yet if I am being honest... when in game, there are tonnes of jaggies and it does not look that pretty at all.

Close up, there is not as much detail as I thought there would be, and animation cut scenes seem to kick the DVD into loading, so that the facial textures take about 3 seconds to appear on the player im looking at....

Now, would 720 be better, or is it possible that my game is defaulting to 720 and im not getting 1080?

There is just no sharpness at all to it and its bugging me (not hugely) but I wonder if its a setting my end, or if thats how the game is this year.

the game is not true 1080p. Its native 720p. In my ps3, I just check the 720p box only and I think it looks better than when I force it into 1080p.

the game is in 720 p you can try 1080 i but think setting it to 720 p would look better.

Anyways...roolz..the game is optimized to run in 720p, so I would run the game at that output for best graphics.
