injured reserve players lost forever?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but with the new roster update, Justin Harrell of Green Bay is on IR, as he is in real life.
But now that means he is out of this game for good now?

When I hit my second year of franchise and he supposedly is back, I will not be able to use him?

Correct me if I am wrong.

i tried it, and I still can't find Justin Harrell anywhere on the roster.

while i share the same concern, i really really dislike justin harrell and find the need to make a joke.

i also dislike a few of the player removements, but i will just create them. take isaiah stanback for instance. unless this guy has no talent at all, there is no way the patriots dont put him on the active roster by years end. so versatile. just the way the pats like em.

Totally understand, I just want to make Harrell into something.

He coulda been a contendah!

its not a very nice thing to say, but honestly i wish he would have retired when he was thinking about doing so a few weeks back.
