Signed. This was a major issue in my current franchise I lost Reggie Bush & Charles Grant for the season to IR then I still have to cut to additional players if I want to try and fill those voids with any quality players. This is a pretty big oversight.

Has EA said that this isn't a patchable fix?

Signed. This is the biggest gripe I have with Madden. I can deal with the gameplay issues as every game has it's faults, but these roster management problems are really annoying and should be the easiest to fix.
