Noticed this about blocking

What they need to do is put in a on the line system where line calls can be made. not just slide protection. O Lineman need to be the smartest and most reliable unit on a team, and linecalls are a huge part of football. Why is that not in the damn game EA! I want to hear the line make some calls the same way I hear the QB say "blue 42" and for those calls to actually work for once. I am just amazed still at the fact that five years into this generation, EA has still not caught up to the PS2 or XBox versions of the game from 4 years ago. A Shame

Didn't Madden have a block assignment system at one time, where you could tell blockers who to block and on which side?
