And who's to say that Madden won't be giving away free DLC? Phil Frazier hinted that the AFL pack may not be the last of the DLC.

You're good.Bad thing about texting or chatting it up on the PC ,you can never tell how somebody feels.

It'd be nice to get some free DLC,as loyal as we all are every year.

BAA and other games are one time games. They get scores of 9 or above.I would think they would charge for DLC.

Madden comes out every year with around the same scores.8 or 8.5,Madden 06,07,08 and 09 are basically crap IMO. So you would have thought they would give us some DLC free to make up for past years.

THE PSP has MORE features than the PS3/360.

It has 63 man rosters.Practice squads,Training camp.Restricted Free Agents.Plus more.and I bought it for 39 bcks.

PLEASE ANY! WHO READS THIS Im not complaining

The AFL games this year are apart of the NFL.
The NFL isn't going to charge for you to see the AFL jerseys.
I would think that would be apart of the game already.

I am truly starting to think that EA figures out what they can charge extra for ,b4 they start making these games.

No, but the NFL is charging you more to wear those AFL jerseys though. A quick check of the NFL team shop show that the NFL is charging more for the AFL authentic jerseys then the regular authentic jerseys of the same team. It's a league wide mandate to cash in on this thing. The Jets/Titans is the most obvious:

Jets Authentic: 214
Titans Authentic: 214
Titans Authentic with AFL Patch: 219 SWEET!!!!!!!!!

Let's see... Worl at War charges for extra content, so does Little Big Planet, Gears of War, Rock Band, Guitar Hero...

So all these companies treat their cumstomers poorly too?

Guitar Hero and Rock Band yes, those guys are money hungry.
These games are just like Madden=A yearly game.

Little Big Planet, Gears of War and so on are not yearly games.
That's the difference.

ok so, trying to follow your angle here, if Little Big Planet isn't a yearly game, but is charging for DLC, does that mean that they are treating their customers poorly, since Batman AA isn't a yearly game but is offering free DLC?

lol,I can see why LBP would charge for extra content.Because it isn't a yearly release.People who love the game want more and more. But it's not a yearly game. Therefore they release DLC.Not saying they don't treat their customers good because like I said,It's not a yearly release. But in a sense it is with all the DLC.

Some people actually believe that Madden should not be a yearly game and just offer DLC for extra things that they would add in on the next yearly release.I don't think it would be a bad idea myself. But I know that would never happen.

With BAA I think it's great how they are doing. They don't worry about making money on DLC because they know how good the game is in it's original package.

Like I have said numerous times though,I love Madden 10.I can't wait for the AFL package plus future DLC.But when I saw BAA offer FREE DLC it just kind of got to the heart.Where I have bought Madden yearly since Sega Genesis.
