does anyone know how to get it back to 1 user controlled team. i put it on all 32 but now i want it back to 1.

You can't deselect teams.

You used to be able to at the end of each year.

Just go to each teams settings and change the "Free Agent Wire", "Depth Charts", etc. all to CPU. It's like the first page after you select your team, just not sure where in the Franchise Mode off they top of my head.

Make sure you keep your teams settings at User.
