Defending No-Huddle Offense

I have no idea why, but every time the CPU starts running a no huddle offence on me when they need to get a score, I can't stop them! All of a sudden, the plays I use to stop them on a normal drive don't work, and they always find a receiver open, and just burn down the field in no time.

Anyone else had a similar problem? Have you managed to stop it? And if so how, and are you using sliders?

happens to me i just try to control the clock or get the ball before its passed the 2 minute warning and if i can't i just run cover 2 alot it might not work all the time but it works some. they manage a field goal but its better than a touchdown. wish they would fix it so after the 2 minute warning the CPU wouldn't do the no huddle its stupid.

Re: Defending No-Huddle Offense

When they go no huddle they tear me apart until they get in the red zone, then I almost EVERY time (9.9/10 times) stop them. They seem to "relax" once they get to the goal line and screw up a ton.

Seriously?

The way I do it is when they run a no huddle, they usually run the same exact play until you stop it. So, if it worked one time and the receiver was wide open, he'll probably be open unless you change the play. Go through and try to change up your defense, or do as the other user said and play cover 2. Bend but doesn't break.
