At least, that is what I expected when I bought the DLC.
I didn't. I guess I should have read the description better.

"Purchasers of the pack will be able to see these elements in the 15 matchups between the original AFL teams in the offline Franchise mode for this season, in the Superstar mode, or when playing any of the original eight teams against each other in the Play Now mode. "

Does it actually say "this season"? I didn't read it before purchasing, I just purchased it.

Well they should have made it very clear to you guys in writing that this was a one shot deal, and to the guy who made the sarcastic comment about $8 being so much money, you should feel lucky that to you it is not much because there are plenty of other kids out there who would love to have $8.

Yep. That's what the description says at 1up, and every other site.

I paid the money for AFL Legacy for 1 season in my franchise, the ability to use it for any game I want in the play now mode, 5 new madden moments, and 16 new uniforms. Well worth the points for me.

It said for one year only in writing? Sorry if it did my fault for assuming people here were right,i did not buy it nor would i ever just not my thing, but if you are saying that people should just know because it is the 50th anniversary then you would be very wrong, half or more of the people who play are the casual gamers EA wants and those casual gamers would not know that unless they were told specificaly in writing.

Re: No AFL in second season in franchise mode?

no matter if it says it or not, its not a "one shot thing". Saying that makes it seem as though as a person can only use it during franchise mode, and after the first season, the dlc is useless which isn't the case.

There are Madden moments, play now games, and in franchise mode you can use the AFL jerseys after the first season. The DLC is far from a "one shot deal".
