Screwed up QB voting/awards

I did a sim-Franchise with my friend and the A.I. went wacko. Jay Cutler won MVP, Kurt Warner was Best QB, Aaron Rodgers was Offensive Player of the Year, and Alex Smith was the starting QB in the Pro Bowl. How does this happen?

Madden 10 is so great.

I almost never have differences between MVP and Offensive Player, ie the MVP always also wins the OPotY.

Peyton was MVP last year but Brees took home the OPY i think
so it happens but for the best quarterback and starting probowler i have no idea

I THINK this is what happened...

Cutler QB'd a team with the best record (that generally earns MVP)
Warner led the league in TD Passes (thats always the QB of the Year in my franchises)
Aaron Rogers had the most yards (usually OPOY)
And Alex Smith had a solid year leading the 49er's and led the league in voting

I like this response and I think it's fairly accurate...

These things suck as far as I am concerned. They need to change the way that stats effect these things! The QB ones don't bother me nearly as much as the Defensive ones, they all need some tweaking, starting with really lowering how much tackles figure into any awards - tackle are not even an official NFL stat for crying out loud!
