This is a new one..anyone know how to prevent an IR player from playing on kick offs?

Just saw J.Phillips for the Bucs on Special teams even though he is out for the year with a broken wrist an on IR in the game

i simmed the last 3 games of my Packers season and Rodgers played in all three games...He is on IR with a broken Fibula....He Threw 9 TDs in those games

go to the restart the game option and u can play with them

Online you can still use IR players, but the depth chart is adjusted so those players are backups.

It's probably the same offline as long as you didn't start a new franchise with pre-existing injuries ON.

It was a play now game offline. So If I start my franchise with pre-existing injuries on those player wont player correct ? What happens in year 2 will they come off IR or are they gone for good?

I've never tried it but that's how I understand it. In year 2 those players will come off IR.

After the season ends they will be back in the starting line up (Well it depends if the player is a starter)If you play as PLAY NOW you will see certain players from IR playing on ST
