This seems to be an issue going back ten years.

When a player leaves a team in the off-season, and joins a new team, he takes his black ankle tape with him. Leigh Bodden (DET) and Fred Taylor (NE) both are on the Pats with black tape from their prior teams.

So annoying. Do you think they are aware of this? And why can't the tape be associated with cleat color?

I could understand if players changed teams after the game was released, and this was an issue with the roster update. But Taylor and Bodden changed teams before this game was made.

Talk about something that is totally irrelevant. I wish it was the only issue with this game, but there are so many, why would anyone worry about the tape color?

I don't get the complaint. Is black not the only tape color in the game? Its the only one I have seen if it isn't. Or I think so.
