28, Madden 2004-2006 PS2 and NCAA '09 and '10 are all better than this game. Online Dynasty by itself destoys allnext gen Maddens despite the lackluster gameplay and lack of "bells and whistles"

But Madden 04 was pretty dang good on the PS2

Age 33 ESPN NFL2K5 is the best football game ever. Madden 10 is decent, but still lacks Presentation Depth.

Just turned 20 today. Took a lot longer to find the flaws in Madden 06 for PS2 than Madden 10 for 360. Probably was easier to find because a lot of the flaws are the same. I think last-gen Madden can play a more realistic game with sliders and things worked out.

I was never a 2K guy, but there's way more gameplay flaws in Madden 10 than 2K5 or 2K8.

42. No. Best next-gen Madden thus far, yes.

Overall best game, 2k5. It had it all, and could've really exploded into a legendary game had the NFL not decided to make the license exclusive to one game maker.
