I've never made it past year 3 in a franchise, I just can't make up my mind. Does anyone know if there is an oppurtunity to switch teams once you've started a franchise?

I'm not sure, but I think you can do it in the offseason.

no you cant. you could in last gen but you cant in 10. This is Something that i think really needs to be added for 11
