Anyone see the ESPN integration for.....

NCAA Basketball 10? Real ESPN logos and presentation. Should that give us hope for Madden 11 next year?

absolultely, im excited as hell, you know after these disappointing integrations they're gonna eventually do it right and do it up, peoples expectations just get too high sometimes but i think we'll see them do big things with it this year.

I don't think so. The developers have said numerous times that we will NOT see that level of ESPN integration in Madden. Some of it is due to conflicts of interest with the NFL wanting it's own brand promoted within the license agreement. Unfortunately, we will never see deep ESPN presentation in Madden.

That does not, however, mean we can't see improved presentation. They made big strides this year. If they can build off of the framework of the halftime show and "Extra Point" show, along with more dynamic commentary and overlays, they'll be all set.

Maybe i'm misinterpreting that, but wouldn't that still leave the possibility of giving the game an NFL Network broadcast style?

Besides, NFL Network could use all the free promotion it could get.

Which is what they've started to do, yes. The "Extra Point" show and some of the talent they use in 10 are all rooted in the NFL Network.

It's something they've said they planned to build off of, though with the caveat that it will likely not be a straight copy of anything (there is a desire to promote Madden presentation as it's own brand in a sense, I believe is how it was put).

lol...good call. I didn't even bother to check as I am firmly entrenched in College Hoops 2K8 for my NCAA basketball needs.

Yeah same here. I still have that game. CH2k8 is the best sports title I've ever played.
