Ok, there's been several threads on drafted players, but I haven't seen anyone mentioning this, so I decided to create a new thread.

I've noticed in some cutscenes (notably the one with the concession stand) sometimes fans wear jerseys that instead of having the name of the player on the back, they have something else e.g. "The Future" (Sean Sacks) and "Youngblood" (for a DT that I got; can't remember his name atm).

Has anyone else noticed this?

I think they are names and aliases of the developers; easter eggs, if you will. For example, I know that Ian Cummings used to post with the handle "TheFuture15", so I surmise that that's probably what the "The Future" jersey is referencing to.
