why cant MADDEN be as good as EA FIFA

To the casual fan FIFA might be a great game, but it has just as many problems as Madden. It's missing just as many intricate details as Madden, right now it plays like 90 mins of ESPN's Top 10 Plays.

Madden fans get upset when 3-4 outside linebackers don't get enough sacks and right now we're clamoring for sim stats to be fixed in franchise....while in FIFA the midfield is absolutely useless and people aren't forced to incorporate it into their attack and every team has the same strengths and weaknesses.

There's a terrible double standard here.

I believe Madden has turned around into a great game. I do not have many issues with the game this year, like with 06-09 360/PS3 editions. Madden 10 is by far the best football game I have played. Madden 10 is leaps and bounds better than previous editions, not a little bit better, but alot.

Simple...they have people who actually play the game develop the game, unlike the 2 knuckle heads [not naming any names]that do interviews all the time and have probably never attended gym!!!

But still Fifa is terrible and doesnt even compare to Pro evo soccer.

The only good game EA does is NHL!!!

Isn't Ian like, really good at soccer?

+NBA Live is good. Madden is as good as it has ever been at next-gen, not saying much but it is a big step forward.

Stop complaining and making petty insults because in their first year handling the game they did not live up to your expectations.
