There has been many times in madden where I see my team get a penalty, at the same time the other team SHOULD have a penalty, but I'm always the one who gets called. Will there be offset penalties in Madden NFL 11?

I hope so...but nothing has been announced yet on Madden 11.

OFFSETTING Penalties?
As in two penalties ont the same play? Given almost no penalties work no matter the sliders you have two hopes, Bob Hope and no hope. And Bob Hope's dead.

As for it being any different in Madden 11, it's been this way with penalties in Madden for YEARS.
"Ain't nuthin' changin'".
